Fitz became my personal trainer in July 2018. I have tried to work out on my own in the past and even had a few personal training sessions but never made a full commitment to hire a personal trainer until I was introduced to Fitz. I was 189 lbs, 1 pound away from 190 lbs when I had my 8 lb. 8 oz son...and it was approaching my son's 5th birthday! I made a firm decision I could no longer blame the "baby weight" and I had to make a commitment. Fitz started our sessions with something I thought was unconventional yet so impactful...he had me and my workout partner take photos of what we ate, when we ate it and send them to him for the first week. With this he taught us the importance of the timing of meals and portion control. This was far more beneficial than counting calories and some other methods. He taught me how to make healthy choices! Our workout sessions were intense....I had NEVER been so serious about my workouts and it actually became fun. I have a hectic corporate position...AND I am a Wife and a Mom. Fitz got to know me and came up with a flexible, realistic schedule to help me meet my goals. From July 2018 through November 2018...I lost almost 30 lbs but more importantly met my goal of going from close to a size 14 back to a 10....looking and feeling amazing! He showed me tough love....cared about my form and technique, not just how many reps of an exercise we did. Fitz is now a part of my family and always gives me great advice on balance, mind and body!
