How much does a gym membership cost?

We have a few options for you to choose:

Monthly Membership $79

We also offer daily passes $20 for the day.

What are the gym’s operating hours?

Monday - Friday 5am - 10pm

Saturday 6am - 8pm

Sunday 8am - 6pm

Do you accept credit card payments? How do I pay?

We are a cashless facility. You can make your payment in the app or the members portal on this website.

Do you have parking facilities?

Yes

Can I try out the gym before committing to a membership?

Yes. You are welcome to come get a complimentary workout.

Can members bring guests and is there a fee?

Yes and yes : $20


What types of fitness equipment are available?

free weights, machines, functional equipment, cardio equipment

Are there group fitness classes offered? If so, what is the schedule?

Yes there are group classes offered.

The classes are offered as unlimited.

Is there a locker room and shower facilities?

Yes there are locker rooms + showers available for men + women.

Are towels and other amenities provided or available for rent?

Towels are provided for your workout + showers, but please don't take them home.

Are there any additional amenities such as sauna, steam room, or swimming pool?

No

What is the cancellation policy for a gym membership?

You can cancel at anytime. However there is a no refund policy.

The cost of membership is prorated the day you join the gym.

The full amount for membership is charged the 1st of the following month.

Are there any discounts or promotions available for new members?

No.

Do you offer family or couple memberships?

No.

Can I freeze my membership if needed?

Yes. There is a $30 per month fee.

I want to change my credit card information or make a change on my account. How do I go about that?

You can do any of this inside of the mobile app Or in the members portal on this website.


Do you provide nutrition or diet consultation services?

Is Wi-Fi available for members?

Yes. Signage is posted.

Do you have facilities for disabled members?

The gym is wheelchair accessible.

Do you have partnerships with health insurance companies for discounts or reimbursements?

No

Do you offer specialized equipment or areas for powerlifting, CrossFit, etc.?

No. Lifting powder is strictly prohibited.

Are there any environmental sustainability practices implemented at your facility?

We recycle. Please seek out the recycle bins.
